Michelle is a HIIT instructor. She also leads classes for Club Dance Fit. When Michelle is not at the gym, she will be spending time with her horses and her beautiful black lab Arrow.

Melanie looks after our social media and keeps our space sparkling for us all! When not at the gym she can be found at Rocky Mountain Mudd serving up lattes(giving us all a reason to come to the gym).
